Bulk storage silo for new factory carbonated drink production facility.
The Problem
A need for significant sugar storage on-site was identified as part of the project. The principle contractor had no experience of solids handling.
The Solution
Completed as sub-contractor for principle contractor installing the liquids system and processing plant. We undertook the design, fabrication and installation of 110 tonne capacity sugar silo supplying and integrated with liquid dissolver system in silo base.
The Outcome
The site received a turnkey solution, integrating bulk handling system with their production and processing plant installation.
The site benefitted from one point of contact with us acting as a sub-contractor.
