Load cell pin-set
The Problem
The client identified the pin-set on their silo load cell was damaged, and was causing issues with measurement.
The Solution
We used the information in our archives to confirm the specification of the loadcell in question, and identify the required parts. These replacement parts were delivered to the client within a week, fitted resulting in the system returning to function as normal.
The Outcome
There was no interruption to production as the loadcell was repaired before it became a critical issue.
